Recipe for Nutritional Smoothie

1/2 to 1 cup of Yogurt (preferably Plain with Live Active Cultures to help your gut) flavored if ya need but remember the Protein Powders are Vanilla flavored and you may want to think about the amt. of sugar even though it is naturally derived

5 to 10 Strawberries

1/4 cup Blueberries

1/2 Banana

1/4 to 1/2 cup Liquid (Rice milk or Soy Milk or Apple or Papaya juice)

1 to 2 scoops of Protein Powder

Blend with a few cubes of ice and wahlah! Fantastic!
